A judge in Texas, responding to a complaint filed by the agnostic parents of one student, has banned not only the use of prayer in the valedictorian’s dialog at the commencement ceremony of Medina Valley High School in Castroville, Texas, but has also censored the use of the words “prayer”, “bow your head“ and “amen” as well. If these bans are violated it could result in hefty fines and/or jail time for the “offenders”.
